Alongside my legal practice, I have built, invested in, and managed businesses of my own. That is where my management experience comes from—not theory, but years of handling transactions and strategic decisions from the first conversation through implementation to final settlement.

After admission to the Bar in 2011, I spent the first decade of my career founding and running my own law firm. I later moved into the energy and technology sectors, building businesses both as an investor and holding leading legal and executive positions.
Today, I combine business management and legal experience, including transactions, litigation, and corporate governance, with investment activity.
What matters to me is whether a structure holds in practice: whether it remains effective under changing circumstances; whether it protects and advances the business rather than merely describing it.
